It has literally took me over a week to share my experience because it was that depressing. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and I haven't had a bad haircut in well, over a year until now. It was so bad that I actually cried after I left and got in my truck. I'm not sure what the problem was, but this is so frustrating and now I have to find a new hair dresser. What's crazy is I have literally been getting the same cut nearly every single time I came in. I specifically showed her where I wanted her to stop in the back but she went up nearly 2 inches above it and she cut the top way too short and it is entirely uneven. What's even more crazy is, she did the same exact cut I wanted the very first time I came in. She has been blow drying my hair the same exact way every time but this time I don't what what she was thinking cause it was all over the place. I asked her to re blow dry it but she said "I dont have time". That was very unsettling! I paid for that time with her but instead of leaving satisfied with my cut, I left very disappointed. I even canceled plans with family in Michigan cause I didn't want to be seen with a guy cut cause that is exactly what I left with but a terrible one. I completely understand that when people make appointments they expect to been seen at or around that specific time but being a hairdresser you should also make sure your client always leaves with a smile on their face. I know this because I am also a hairdresser. I have never let anyone leave my seat unless they were completely satisfied with whatever service they got done. If it was me in her situation I would have taken the extra 10-15 minutes and redid the blow dry. I would have told my next client I am sorry but I am running late because I have to re blow dry my client before you because I want to make sure she leaves happy and satisfied with her hairstyle. If I was the person told that I would be happy to know my hairdresser cares about her clients satisfaction so I would have no problem with waiting an extra few minutes. Yes, literally a few minutes cause I have (well had) a mohawk cut until it was completely ruined. To me this entire situation is more about quantity rather than quality and that's sad. It's actually quite a shame because I really did enjoy coming to the salon. How disappointing!

I have seen Sylvia twice, and she is fantastic. She does a good job with my hair, and is great about keeping the dye off my face, as much is as realistically possible. Sylvia seems to have had excellent training, which she both remembers and applies. I am lucky to be able to see such a kind, friendly and talented stylist. She and all the rest of your staff are wonderful. So many people remember my name and ask to assist me with anything I would like.

After a fall that injured a tooth on Saturdfay, I called Dr Relias. He gave me advise that reassured me. On Sunday HE called me to find out how I was doing and scheduled an appointment for me for the next day. At the appointment he checked the tooth and it was fine. Since I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, he also completed the work scheduled for that appointment, saving me another trip to the office.
