as usual, bloorcourt never fails to provide amazing service in terms of my bowie's care. they went above and beyond for him to ensure his comfort during this difficult time and even called around different emergency hospitals to ensure he gets the treatment he needed (he had an obstruction). thanks to them, i went to an emergency hospital i felt i could trust, received treatment for my bowie as fast as possible and he had a successful surgery. he is now in recovery and the surgery he had went smoothly.

thank you so much bloorcourt staff, and special thanks to dr. natasha for keeping me updated on bowie's condition and making sure my questions were thoroughly answered. one of the best veterinarians i have ever communicated with.

It was a great experience and Natasha Macintosh is very kind and does her job well. One MINOR criticism is if she could slow down a bit when talking. It was hard to follow, it has nothing to do with her accent. Having said that, I would see her again, she is a very good member of your team! I dont want her to get in trouble.
