My colorist was very good, and experienced at her job. This review has nothing to do with her but management. The company its self is no longer a good fit for me. I paid $100 for a color touch up, and was told that it would be an additional $35 to get a blow dry and style. In the past, simple blow dry is obviously part of professional coloring. I felt as though I should have purchased a box hair dye and do it myself. I walked out with wet hair because I didn't want to pay the extra money for something that should obviously come included. The company cares less about providing quality care to their customers, and more about saving money. Finally, it is a huge problem that they only accept cash tips. It is more stressful for me to worry about having cash on me (otherwise my colorist would not get a tip) than it's worth. In this day and age, most people do not carry cash on them. My advice is that if you provide a QUALITY product and work on customer service then you will make money in the long run.

Our recent change in service pricing coincides with an increase in Aveda color pricing. Aveda color pricing increases biyearly, but Blossom has maintained our pricing until our very recent increase. If this change was not communicated to you prior to your appointment, we apologize. In regards to tips, our cash policy is a joint decision by our technicians and management. Tristar did an amazing job on my haircut! He was able to achieve exactly what I needed and addressed the concerns I had on my postpartum hair-loss. My last haircut was right before I gave birth 7 months ago and was in need of help. I liked how he explained his technique and also showed me how to easily style my hair at home. Tristar is also knowledgeable on the Aveda products. I felt rejuvenated with my new hair and look forward to my next haircut with Tristar.

Colorist did not listen to me or pay close attention to the 5 pictures I showed of how I wanted my hair. My appointment was for partial highlights, and I got tint of my roots that is way too orange.
