The couples massage was very nice. The jacuzzi area was a bit dirty and unkept. Disappointed that you are no longer taking groupons on the weekend.

My massage therapist was amazing her name was Deb her hands were magical! The front desk lady was not that friendly gave a big attitude for the money spent there one would think staff would all be welcoming and friendly. Had a couples massage and just thought there would be more time to spend with husband like the sauna were separate and such. Massage wise definitely great though!

Go on .. spoil yourself! This is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy some pampering. The staff are, without exception, very welcoming and kind (and don't try to intimidate clients like some nearby spas I have encountered). The facilities are very well presented and spotlessly clean. Little extras like mouthwash, razors, hairbrushes have all been thought of and provided. The treatment rooms are very good - the one for couples looks wonderful for a gift or special occasion. I had a Swedish Massage with Olga and she was excellent. Listened to what I had to say and was skilled and kind in the service she provided. I then spent 90 minutes with my book in the relaxation room with a glass of champagne. It was just lovely. Other guests were enjoying the sauna and the outdoor area while I was there. All of them said they had enjoyed the various services they had experienced that day. All in all, my thanks to Lisa and her team for an excellent day. Highly recommend.

The staff was very nice and polite. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. We got a Groupon and I felt that it was well worth the money. The massage felt great! I love that it comes with all day access to the spa which includes the jacuzzi and the steam room. I had a great day and would definitely recommend.

Room was cold and no blankets on massage table. Person who did massage was good. Our appointments were at 1:00 and the staff kept saying how they closed at 2:00 and couldn’t use any amenities after massage. Why take a massage at 1:00 if you can’t use amenities? Very disappointing for the cost of massage.
