While the people here are very friendly and knowledgeable, I have an issue with the person who called to confirm my appt. When I asked if there would be any out of pocket expense, because I am a Federal employee and currently not getting paid, I was told "No, you should be fine". After mt visit I was presented with a bill for the visit of nearly $200 ,which I was unable to pay, AND was only then told that their office does NOT accept mt dental insurance.
Anyone reading this, I STRONGLY suggest that you find out if they accept your dental insurance PRIOR to making or confirming your appt.
I WILL NOT be going back to this office.
I would like to apologize on behalf of Blue Ridge Dental Group for the confusion dealing with your insurance. While we do take all insurances, some are out of our network and so require some out of pocket expenses. We have a great staff who is willing to help any way they can and if there is anything we can do for you please just let us know! Again, we apologize for this and hope to serve you again in the future.
