The staff was sympathetic to my special needs and took care of my fur baby quickly and efficiently. They are nice people and understand how important our pets are to us. They are also able to relate because most have pets themselves.

I am a long time (30 years) client of Blue Cross. Once again, I find myself with a senior pet with a variety of ailments that come with age. Dr. Walters and every staff member I came into contact with were friendly and professional with me, and gentle and loving with Mr. Conway. Options for his treatment were clearly explained and I felt that he had the best possible care. I highly recommend Blue Cross Pet Hospital.

I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that I was given the wrong medicine for Watson, which required us to come back to pick up the correct one. Everyone was very nice about it however.

I cannot express how thankful I am for the doctors and staff at Blue Cross Pet Hospital! I’m not sure how I would’ve gotten through the last few days after Maga ingested the headset wire, without knowing that she was in your capable and caring hands. Everybody is so kind and comforting!

Dr. Lowenthal and staff treated me very kindly on my first visit. I have been looking for a vet's office for over a year that was even close to the relationship I had with my prior vet before he retired and I for sure think I have found it here. Things are taking longer than normal with visits, phone calls, etc, but everyone just needs to be patient and show some kindness and hopefully things will go back to normal as soon as it is safe. It really seems like everyone at this office is super busy and doing everything they can to still provide loving care.

Fantastic! My cat was injured in a fight the night prior to taking him to Blue Cross. Spent a solid 5 hours driving around LA county and making phone calls to emergency vets. All were at capacity and would not see him. I showed up early Sunday morning at Blue Cross and even though they were at cap as well, they squeezed him in and took great care of him. Thank you so much! Very few businesses have this customer service anymore. Much appreciation from a scared kitty momma.
