Actually I rate Blue Cross as a negative -10. First visit and attending vet is Dr Howe. Unable to provide information on why my dog canot walk and seems to have right leg injury. Dr told me "he walk fine for me". Dr said, "It is not neurological". Both Dr Howe and front desk told me no anesthesia was used for 4 X-rays but then why was my dog in the clinic for 3.25 hours? At least 2 hours after the Dr and I spoke. I was told several times he was going to be brought to my car. Did not happen. Dog was not brought to my car until after 6:15PM (they close at 5:30). Dr was unable to call me back after medicine gave him diarrhea and to ask what is making the dog unable to walk. First Dr is on vacation, then on a family emergency and still no response from Blue Cross on why my dog cannot walk. Too bad we do not have justice system for bad medicine in veterinary medicine.
