I find the staff and facility to be first class. The staff knows my dog well and I fell very welcomed when we arrive. Being a service dog, I travel with my dog often and he stays at other facilities and homes when I am working. I have to say that he is always excited to go the Bluestem, they must be doing something right by him.

Easy to make convenient appointment. Very friendly obviously care about my dogs. When I forgot to have them chipped they allowed me to return the same day. Totally impressed with all the information and help they offered for my new puppies and our cat
