I recently reviewed a job that was done for me by Blue Wave. I tried to get it corrected because Ken contacted me after he read the other review. Ken personally came to our house and corrected all issues. The house looks great! Ken truly believes in 100% satisfaction!

Not a good job at all! Chose them because of a family run business with very good reviews. They showed up on time and asked my wife would she like to check the job with them when they were through, and she said "yes." They got started and completed the job and were gone before we knew it. No walk around, no post job inspection. Job was poorly done with a lot of material left on the house. The front porch still had material on it. They pressure washed the front walkway and tore up some of the joints on the concrete. Definitely would not recommend this company at all! Too bad because i usually prefer to work with family owned/independent contractors!

From booking an appointment to completion of the job, the whole process was straightforward and very professionally handled. The billing is detailed and the online payment was also very simple. The person who did the job has excellent manners and completed job to our satisfaction.

My very recent experience with Blue Wave was very professional from start to finish and estimate was definitely fair. Ken (manager) and the 2 guys who showed up to do the actual house power washing was patient/helpful and answered all of my questions/concerns before and after service. I intentionally waited 2 days after work was completed before leaving my review just to see how my house appeared days later. It still looks AMAZING. A few of my neighbors will be reaching out and I'll be contacting them for future services.

Everything you would want - reasonably priced, came when they said they would, did a good job, and were really convenient to work with. We would definitely use Blue Wave again!
