Nemnich Automotive fixed an intermittent issue I was having with my car for over a year. I was treated very kindly when I almost pulled the technician out to my car so he could see for himself the problem I was having. They kept me informed of the progress and stuck to the repair quote that they gave me. I was given a ride to work the morning I had to leave it for repair unexpectedly, and was offered a ride back to their shop to pick up my car which to my surprise had also been washed and swept out.
