Kimberly Johnson Ragan, O.D. is a native of Jackson, MS. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Jackson State University in 2000, where she graduated with honors. She went on to receive with honors her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in 2004. Upon graduation, Dr. Ragan worked in the Jackson Metro area for approximately 2 years. In January 2007, she opened her independent private practice in Madison, MS where she has continued to grow her practice. She is passionate about caring for her patient's needs of all ages. Dr. Kimberly Johnson Ragan is a member of several organizations including the American Optometric Association, Mississippi Optometric Association, and Mississippi Vision Foundation. When not caring for patients, Dr. Ragan focuses her attention on family. She enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband James and their 3 beautiful children Madison, James III, and Jackson.
