Massage was decent, but when I asked for deeper pressure as I had signed up for a deep tissue massage I really don't feel I received it nor was I asked if the pressure felt better. The lack of care or mechanical way of communication felt like it needed improvement. Also I wasn't offered the lavender or peppermint aromatherapy or the other product something like icy hot which is listed on the brochure. Was disappointed by that oversight on top of everything else. Also, the eye patch was just plopped over my eyes and it was so rough. I didn't even know it was Coming. You need to upgrade the material used for the eyes. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place for the mismatch of service & prices!

I had a facial with microdermabrasion with Natalia and she was nothing short of amazing! She took the time to assess my skin and provide her expert recommendations on what I needed to achieve my goal of clear, glowing skin. The whole experience was relaxing, educational and thorough. I highly recommend her and will definitely be coming back!

Massage was great! I had severe knots in my neck and shoulders. They were worked out and I had one of the best nights sleep in a while!! My trapezius is very tender today, but well worth it! Thank you, Naomi!!
