This was our first visit and my little one with rare, special health conditions, was in pain and very nervous. I was nervous as well. Within a few minutes we were in love with the entire staff there. Since my son was diagnosed a few years ago, these people are the first doctors and staff of any type that I feel will go to bat as strongly as I do for my son. They were on the phones getting the ball rolling before we even left. I have never seen anything like that before. Also, to top it off my little one WANTS to go back to the dentist and even went back down the hall on his own to tell every one thank you before we left. I don't recommend much of anything to any one, but I definitely wanted to post this and recommend these amazing people.

I was not aware our dentist there had retired. Maybe they sent out a notice, but I missed it. So there are two new dentists, and I just did not feel quite as comfortable there. Maybe it will take time to build up some trust. I really felt the old dentist had plenty of experience and my child was in good hands.

Staff and Dr. Schmidt were polite and friendly and did a fine job. However, I was not impressed with the lack of informing us about Dr. Emory no longer being with the company and having another dentist see my children without my prior consent. When I asked why no one thought I might like to know my kids' dentist was retired BEFORE my appointment rather than after the dental hygeniest had already done her work, I was told, Dr. Emory has been transitioning out and left quietly. Which is fine. I just did not like how it was handled. Not sure yet if I'll continue to bring my kids here. I don't like being left in the dark and not being informed prior to treatment. It should be my choice who my child sees, and it did not feel like it was my choice.

Amazing! Dr. Schmidt is caring and takes her time with each child. She really has their best interest in mind when providing care. I was a bit nervous that Dr. Emory was retiring because he is the only pediatric dentist I really knew of (my brother even went to him when we were kids)! But now that I have met Dr. Schmidt, I have no worries for my kids dental health. She went above and beyond! Thank you.

The staff are so amazing nice and friendly, they make my very shy and nervous daughter so comfortable. Dr. Schmidt is the best makes everything so fun and engaging. Love it!!!!

This was our first experience with a new Dentist (since Dr. Emory retired) I was nervous but she was fantastic! She answered all my questions and was kind and professional. My daughter really liked her too! As always the hygenists and office staff were great! We will see you in a few months.
