I typically go to the Short Pump location and chose this one last minute because it had an opening and this might be my new home. Just like Short Pump, everyone was friendly and nice. My waxer was beyond amazing. I felt like I was being serviced by a long time friend. To say Chelsea was friendly and welcoming is an understatement. I’ve been getting waxed for the last few years and I have a low tolerance for pain so I typically take pain killers before or after. She made me feel so comfortable that I experienced very little to almost no pain. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this location and Chelsea.
