Overall very good salon. Shampoo station needs improvement.
I am going there for 15 years now and Emil is great!
Shampoo station needs improvement as the girls are not taking enough time to rinse hair, especially for clients with a lot of hair.
I always have to ask to do it again.

I’m super disappointed with my hair. I’ve been coming to the salon for years, but usually just for a cut and style. The last two times have been for color and highlights. My first experience was great, but this time in so disappointed. I spent so much money on my hair and now I want to cry. I won’t come back for color/highlights.

UMIT is incredible, he is patient, takes his time, cuts with precision, always chats and cares about his clients and is an overall amazing stylist! He can pull off anything!!

I was very impressed by your staff. I was just walking by your place and thought it would be way out of my price range. I was using someone else lived her but she went on maternity leave and is not back yet. She gave me someone else but not doing my hair. Long story. I was just going to walk around the area yesterday and your receptionist ( can’t temper her name said I can have a consultation and get my hair done.). Loved my person. She took her time. I will most likely stay and won’t go back to the other place. Very impressed!!!!!! The receptionist I had had red hair I think.

I had a great hair experience, but the Parking situation is awful.
No available parking behind your building or anywhere on the street. I was 20 minutes late for my appointment, next time I’ll have to leave a half hour earlier to get a parking space.
I would say that the excellent haircut I got from Laura, was still worth the aggravation driving around looking for parking.
I guess you can’t help the Parking situation. The hairdo & cut is the best.

This was my first time at the salon. After moving states, I was scared to find a new hairdresser, but Ifrah did AMAZING. She reviewed pricing with me and asked me questions to see exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a good balayage and haircut!
