FIRST time EVER bad experience in three years of my attendance with Wabash Valley Animal Hospital.. both of my dogs were scared very afraid and DID NOT like your new vet on staff - they are never unfriendly with anyone whiched caused me concern and caused them to be unresponsive and uncooperative TOTALLY out of the normal ESPECIALLY for my sweet girl Nina (I am STILL totally frazzled by this). Going forward if I experience this again I will ask for a different doctor... not trying to offend anyone.
