Excellent service from start to finish. We were the last people in on Friday and despite the long week every person I encountered had a smile on their face. I went here for their ad campaign and now I'm stying for their customer service. Getting my eyes checked has never been a more pleasant experience for me or my wife. 5 stars
I have not been to the eye doc in many years. Went in and the staff was very friendly. They gave descriptive details of everything they were doing. They got my appointment done in a mannerly time. I love the customer service and friendly atmosphere.
Very informative.... the doctor (Dr. Boreing) took time to actually talk with me about the exam, and answer all of my questions. A teaching experience. Didn't feel like I was being rushed through like cattle. The staff was extreme professional. GREAT EXPERIENCE..
I Highly recommend Dr. Boreing Sr.. He took his time with us and answered any questions we had and his staff is wonderful, they made sure that our glasses were properly fitted and gave us excellent customer service. They did not rush us through like we were cattle like the other places we had been too.
If you are looking for a eye doctor that will take time to listen and make
sure that everything is done properly then I recommend you go to Dr. Boreing. He is a Excellent eye doctor.
Dr. Boreing and his staff were amazing from the point of scheduling my new patient eye exam and throughout my entire visit. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and kind. My only recommendation would be for them to carry frames for glasses at a cheaper cost. The lowest price frames they offer cost $120, which didn’t include the lenses. I have a very good vision plan that covers glasses up to $175, but with so many added fees, their price went well over the $55 remaining balance. I was also not aware of some of the extra fees that were added on for random things. Both my husband and I have vision insurance that cover the entire family. The cost of my visit and glasses were $180 after using two insurance policies. This does not include the visit for when I have to go back for a “fitting appointment” to tell him that the same contacts that I’ve been wearing for the last 12 years with the same prescription that I’ve had for the past year, feel right. I can’t get a prescription to order more contacts until I go to this appointment. I didn’t find any of these things out until the end of the appointment by one of the glasses clerks/ receptionists. If I go back next year, I will not let them pressure me into buying their products and I will go elsewhere with my prescription to buy glasses. My out of pocket cost for the contacts will only be $20, and I’m totally okay with that. I was just not prepared for a $180 bill for added fees. If they carried frames that catered to a more frugal clientele, that would make me happier.
