The doctor was clear and professional and i would recommend him to everyone. However the young receptionist with the nose ring was rude, unprofessional and lacked customer service skills resulting in my dog getting extra vaccinations.
I was not impressed with the doctor during his visit. I waited over a half hour for my appointment, then the doctor lectured me about my animals diet. I have had cats for over 30 years and know how to care for my cat. I am not abusing my cat. I am simply making what I believe is the best choice for her. I will be requesting dr. James sawyer from now on.
I forget her name, but a relief vet looked after Belle this time, and her opinions and knowledge were very reasonable. She handled Belle very well, and gave me some insight on future issues that may develop, as well as what to do to prevent them. Very kind woman and staff all around, A+
All staff from phone to desk to exam rooms to actual vets are professional and knowlegable..
In the exam rooms staff asks pertinent questions as to concerns you may have that brought you the vet. They prepare that info and give it to the vet so that when the vet comes in to see the pet the vet already been prepped about your concerns. This streamlines the visit. The vet I was seeing on my visits was Dr.Sawyer. He is very calming and loaded with experience. My cat was severely constipated and needed an enema. He told me what was the best result and the worst.including toxic shock and might not survive. I liked being told upfront and it made my decision easy. The alternative for not doing it would be certain death. The procedure was a success. Aimme who prepares the prescription was very helpful..
