Staff friendly, good doctor, however, they take too long to get back to one with information. I was always told I would receive a call back and never got it, I always had to call. Still waiting on a lab report that was sent out a week ago, which is no longer needed as my pet has passed.

They were really good and sent me to Angell. Sadly my beloved Fluffy passed but they did all they could do and were nice.

Quick to get me in for a visit, but waiting over 45 min past appointment to be seen. The had to wait a while to pay. Would honor value of Yelp promotion, but refunded money down in it.

Dr. Ramón Chopra is very good, he explains well everything that your pet has and the best of this hospital that always makes room for an appointment for your pet. I recommend it
