Let me first start by saying..

Customer service was great.

I definitely give them a 5 star.

Unlike my other vet who I’ve been with for eight years..

I have an 8 year old beagle who ate something he should not have.

I called my vet.

I could not get an appointment with my vet who I’ve been with for a long time.

So I walked in with my dog without an appointment at 9 o’clock when they opened to see if they would have any time for him.

Within two hours I was seeing the vet..

I am definitely leaving my previous vet and will be going to East Boston animal hospital for now on.

Unprofessional, rude, horrible standard of care

They were more than accommodating for me during Thanksgiving week. I started with an emergency with one pet the day after Thanksgiving and they squeezed me in. Then the next week, both my animals unexpectedly needed to be seen on the same day. The front desk and the vet were incredible and fit me in, and my animals both received great care. I am very grateful for their help and will routinely use them as a vet moving forward.

I was very nervous for my cats visit since it was his first time at the vet but thankfully the doctor and the assistant treated him super good and were kind to me and my cat.
