Being new to the area and a little nervous about going to the eye doctor during this pandemic, I had been dragging my feet on finding a new care provider. But I was low on contacts and have not been in the last year, so I decided it was time and did a little research. Bothell Vision is in-network and happens to be very close to my new home, so I decided to give them a try.

My experience top to bottom was wonderful - booking the appointment couldn't have been easier, I received reminder texts leading up to it, and I was very impressed with the policies they had to keep everyone safe. The entire staff was very friendly, the facility was clean (and had lots of COVID-relevant signage, which I appreciated!), and I was so happy to be receiving attentive, thorough care after a few years of not having my eyes checked. In the past I feel like I've been rushed out of offices, with little regard for my questions/concerns. Dr. Eng and the entire staff took the time to make sure I had everything I needed, and were gracious about tweaking my current pair of glasses upon request.

I highly recommend Bothell Vision to anyone looking for new care! I've worn contact/glasses since childhood, and have seen my fair share of eye doctors over the years. Bothell Vision is one of the best! The perfect mix of friendly, attentive, and professional.
