I am sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with our service on your last visit. I reviewed the technician's findings. First one was related to the alternator, which was replaced. The second one was for fuel ratio sensor. These are two different issues. As you probably know, Land Rover is a luxury vehicle, so parts and labor will be more expensive than ordinary cars. We usually install after market parts, except when it comes to luxury cars, it is preferable to use dealer parts (more expensive). I appreciate you and your business, and I am willing to work with you on the payment plans in the future depending on the situation and type of repairs.
