We vow to reach this goal through natural integrated processes including postural and neurological correction rehabilitation, physical and massage therapies, weight loss, nutritional counseling, and enhanced lifestyle education; while excluding any unnecessary drugs, surgeries, or invasive procedures. Don't believe the sales pitch that the first visit is free. My insurance was billed for all nine yards of it.

We are sorry this was your impression. As standard in healthcare, the consultation is always complimentary. Once an exam and or additional diagnostics are provided, there is always a fee for those services as per contract with your insurance company. It is illegal and against your insurance contract to provide services that are billable to your insurance for FREE.
Standard in our office is open communication of any fee's before the procedures or services are rendered with the ability of the patient to either accept or decline these services. Looking at your records, its evident that was offered, communicated and provided prior to you receiving the comprehensive exam, diagnostics and additional treatment you received that day.
We also see that you cancelled your return visit, which is complimentary, to review the details of your Exam findings and X-rays wherein we anticipated to provide you further answers to why you came to our office in the first place. We invite you back to do so, and we would love to offer some complimentary services to make up for your misunderstanding.
We love working with patients who are ready to be a participant in their health care. When you are ready, we invite you back to do so and will assure you we will provide you the white glove experience and positive service we have been known for for two decades now.

After giving my medical and health history to the assistant, she left the room to get the Dr. Moments later, I heard them discussing my PHI just outside the exam room. In the hallway. The hallway that is open to the reception area. My personal health information. FAIL!
After the Dr. came in, it was obvious that he had not remembered what was discussed just moments before while out in the hall. Kept guessing the wrong hip alignment, wrong shoulder pain, etc. It was determined that 'a team' would be needed to determine what treatment plan was best. But... I would be able to have heat therapy and a massage before leaving that day. All of which I had to pay for out of pocket in advance. I was promised a 15 minute massage. I waited in the waiting area for the massage for that long. But the actual massage was only 5 minutes. And I had paid for 15.
This place is a money pit. Stay away.

Everyone has been exceedingly kind, helpful and all around nice! I would highly recommend Integrated Wellness to anyone who is experiencing back pain with no relief. Also, the facilities are extremely clean.

Dr Corey Frogley and Dr Chris Frogley are wonderful. They have really helped me when I hurt my neck or back. They have a true gift of healing. I have recommended them many times, and they have helped my friends also.

I am still shocked in how fast my pain has dissipated, and continued to decline. I also appreciate how I get educated step by step in every process through my visits. I will, and currently do refer my friends, and family members that are in pain to just give Intergrated Wellness 2 weeks!
