Your receptionist was very efficient and was able to explain the paperwork to me, not only for my visit, but for my older friend whom I will be bringing in a couple of weeks. When paying she was able to quickly process my claim with my benefits company. She was also very friendly.
The dental hygienist, GuLi, was cheerful and friendly. She spent a lot of time cleaning out two years accumulated tartar. She even managed to convince me to start using my WaterPik again!
I only spent a couple of minutes with the dentist himself as I fortunately have no cavities or other issues.
I highly recommend this team for their professionalism and commitment to high quality care.
