My dog was returned to me covered in poop. It was all over his tail, butt, and feet. I was not informed of this when picking up my dog and had to discover it myself when my dog starts flaking off poop when we returned home. I am absolutely appalled that I was not informed of this, which means either the employees didn't even know my dog was covered in poop, or they purposefully didn't tell me to cover their own asses. I will never use your services again.

Incredibly friendly staff, handlers were kind to Luca and took time (first visit) to tell me about his day in detail which was VERY important since patrons must remain outdoors due to COVID. Luca (dog) was SO HAPPY the rest of the day so I know he had fun. They offer to feed your dog, in their familiar dishes, and ask about other suggestions to ensure you dog is happy. The front desk staff scheduler is knowledgeable, patient, very articulate and versed in the way the (Irvine) center operates. I had a great first experience and bought a 20 session pass.

Love how great hou take care of my dog when they are in daycare or we board them. We are bery disappointed that they will be left alone after 9 pm. That is why we picked you for boarding.

I love Dr Boyd’s and they take great care of my dogs and I especially love the fact that there is someone with them at night. It was with great disappointment when we just got back to find out that the dogs will be left alone at night. It may effect where I board them, which makes us very sad.

I was waiting for more than three weeks to take my San Bernardo to be bathed and made grooming I drive from Corona I was very flexible and patient with your schedule so that they call me after 10 minutes of having it and tell me that they can not bathe him that is unacceptable when Cujo loves water and is very docile. They have to be more honest and not waste people's time I had good references to the place but with this experience it is very clear to me that they are very responsible with pets and people's time

We use Dr Boyds Pet for boarding, daycare and grooming. Yesterday Nikki had her bath with Crystal who always does a great job.

This was our first visit at Dr Boyd's and it was for grooming. Impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Looking forward to sending our dog to daycare and hoping that too will be a positive experience.
