Bracken Family Chiropractic is a wellness-based practice. Research shows that if your spine is left in an improper position, it will continue to degenerate silently and cause organs to malfunction and become diseased. At Bracken Family Chiropractic, our focus is to provide corrective care in order to remove interference to the nervous system. This is done through a very specific rehabilitative program of spinal adjustments, disc hydration techniques, and exercises that are unique for each individual. We believe that by correcting your spine, your body will be able to function at its optimal potential. With proper care, your body will not only work properly, it will feel great too!

Bracken Family Chiropractic excels in the care given to their patients. Dr Bracken is attentive to your needs, listens to her patients and prescribes the kind of therapy that will best suit the patient. She is a very caring individual, easy to talk to and stays on top of how her patients are cared for.
Massages can often supplement recovery of injuries and problems and Bracken Chiropractic has the best therapists. Overall, I would not go anywhere but to Bracken and I drive from the Beaches area to do so.
