Wow! I could write a book about how fast, competent, effective, caring, clearly communicated and supplied with appropriate meds and clear instructions on how and why to administer them! I brought our severely distressed rag doll cat to Bradenton Veterinary Emergency because it was the closest veterinarian emergency facility and when I called my vet at Banfield and described the symptoms, urinating every few minutes, everywhere, quivering and straining I was advised to get him to the nearest Veterinarian ER, this could be life threatening. I asked where, they gave me two options. I chose Bradenton, brought my really distressed cat to the BVE check in counter. He was a mess! He’s never a mess. They took him in immediately. I waited in the reception room until they called me in to discuss what they had found and what further testing and treatment options were indicated. I signed off and when they were done, I took a calm much more normal cat home with all the appropriate meds, complete instructions both verbal and printed and more. When I got home, I reread the instructions and followed them watching for side effects and watched him closely. Kungis, our cat, is back! Thanks Doctor Trice! God bless you and your crew!

I have used this facility more than once and every time that I'm in there I have the best care or I should say my dog my cat has had the best care they're very caring they listen to everything that you say And they will take all the time that they need with you I would recommend them to anybody

Excellent, kind, compassionate care! They saved my dog's life last night with their expertise. I am forever grateful for their heroic efforts that have given me some extra time with my little love. Although she has a chronic condition, she will hopefully be able to come home for a little while before taking the next step with Lap of Love (in-home euthanasia).

I had to bring my cat in late on a Saturday night. The staff was very efficient but also caring. We were seen quickly and the Vet explained the diagnosis. I was given a plan for treatment along with an estimate of the cost. . While my pet was staying over the weekend for treatment, I received photos and update calls from the Vet on duty each time their shift was ending. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely recommend this ER Vet.

They got us in when no one else would. Problem is they wanted to do a lot of expensive tests when the course of action would be the same no matter. If I didn’t have experience in these issues I would have ended up paying for a bunch of unnecessary tests. Practicality always works and has in this case. Ollie received the necessary meds and is on the mend.
