As long as your account is in good standing and your gums and teeth are regularly maintained, your warranty is valid. NO other dental office comes close in terms of warranty or workmanship. Obviously, different procedures require different lengths of chair time and you had quite a bit of treatment done. If you didn't feel 100% clear, we dropped the ball and we want to make it right. It is very unfortunate that we have communicated in a way that you are feeling like just a number and not a valued patient of our practice. At your most recent visit every attempt was made to clear things up and give you direct contacts for any questions you may have, Molly or Dana. It is disappointing that the resolution was unclear or not enough. Your account is not something we would ever discuss through this avenue but we have been quite flexible with your payment plan and insurance including additional services that we added to your payment plan in good faith. We no longer offer payment plans outside of Care Credit or Springstone, we are doing so for you as a courtesy. If you have further questions or concerns please contact Molly (insurance) or Dana (billing/scheduling). As for speaking to the person in charge, our goal is to have all of our staff take control and authority so that our patients don't have only one person to look to for support.
