The service and dental work provided is of poor quality. I have crowns that are twice as large as the original teeth and d were not placed close enough to the gum line. The partials do not fit properly and cause pain when I chew. When placed in my mouth, there are gaps where the "custom teeth" should have been larger. They were sent back to the lab twice. Upon the third request that they be fixed, I was told that I would have to pay for any further corrections. When I requested to speak with the dentist, who is professionally and legally responsible for his dental practice, the service performed and the products provided, he would not speak to me. Rather than discuss the matter or set up another time to discuss and bring an amicable resolution, they called the police and had me escorted off the premises. The police officer was kind, and thanked me for presenting a calm demeanor, and then advised me to pursue resolution in the courts. The billing and pricing was not transparent . On numerous occasions, I was treated and when I asked for a bill or invoice, I was not given one, but told they had to calculate the charges. The work began in March. My Care Credit was charged over 7,000.00 on the first visit, without any thought to Bill and charge as the work was completed. Needless to say, I was unable to get a refund for any of this dental work that must now be redone. An endodontist examined and took X-rays of my teeth and concluded that the crowns must be taken off and new crowns placed,. He referred to them as being "pretty horrible". Unprofessional, questionable billing, and shoddy work aptly describes my experience with this dentist. If the patient is dissatisfied and wishes to address the concerns with the dentist in charge, one would expect that the dentist would be willing to at least speak to the patient or leave a message that he will contact her to discuss the concerns. I believe this to be a reasonable expectation of any dental patient.
