I've had clear braces for over a year. Not one of my teeth has made any noticeable progress. I referred a few ppl who have had different results than mines with better consultation. Traditional braces is what should have been recommended for me. Not clear braces for kids. I paid a lot of money for these braces an I don't see any results, if I can't receive proper care I'm gonna call the better business bureau. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to get work done at this facility.

My name is Nasadral Crayton. I went to Dr. Bradley after going to St. Joseph's of Pontiac emergency room at 12.30a.m., then to one dentist and an oral surgeon, all in one week prior. I was in a lot of pain with an abcess and a bad tooth that needed to come out. Dr. Bradley accepted my insurance and acepted me, as a walk in. He first, relieved my pain until he was able to fit me in. I relaxed finally; he came back, drained my abcess, pulled my tooth and set me up with a non interest payment plan to correct my entire mouth. His assistant, I don't recall her name, but she's the nicest person I ever met. She was so kind to me. I was in tears when I left. Dana whose is one of his assistants, filled out my paperwork to go back to work. I say KUDOS to the entire staff. Dr Bradley, yes I'll hook you up!!! All Smiles to YOU and your Team

The service Nd products were. Very poor. Partials don't fit and crowns are twice as big as original teeth. Billing is not trNsparent. Each invoice posts a different cost for same service. If you ask questions response is rude and condescending. Dentist is not Available to address concerns with service, billing or product. No accountability. Check the BBB before selecting a dentist.

The service and dental work provided is of poor quality. I have crowns that are twice as large as the original teeth and d were not placed close enough to the gum line. The partials do not fit properly and cause pain when I chew. When placed in my mouth, there are gaps where the "custom teeth" should have been larger. They were sent back to the lab twice. Upon the third request that they be fixed, I was told that I would have to pay for any further corrections. When I requested to speak with the dentist, who is professionally and legally responsible for his dental practice, the service performed and the products provided, he would not speak to me. Rather than discuss the matter or set up another time to discuss and bring an amicable resolution, they called the police and had me escorted off the premises. The police officer was kind, and thanked me for presenting a calm demeanor, and then advised me to pursue resolution in the courts. The billing and pricing was not transparent . On numerous occasions, I was treated and when I asked for a bill or invoice, I was not given one, but told they had to calculate the charges. The work began in March. My Care Credit was charged over 7,000.00 on the first visit, without any thought to Bill and charge as the work was completed. Needless to say, I was unable to get a refund for any of this dental work that must now be redone. An endodontist examined and took X-rays of my teeth and concluded that the crowns must be taken off and new crowns placed,. He referred to them as being "pretty horrible". Unprofessional, questionable billing, and shoddy work aptly describes my experience with this dentist. If the patient is dissatisfied and wishes to address the concerns with the dentist in charge, one would expect that the dentist would be willing to at least speak to the patient or leave a message that he will contact her to discuss the concerns. I believe this to be a reasonable expectation of any dental patient.

Doesn't guarantee his procedures

We absolutely guarantee our work. As with any warranty there are stipulations, but we stand behind our word and our work. As long as your account is in good standing and your gums and teeth are regularly maintained, your warranty is valid. NO other dental office comes close in terms of warranty or workmanship. If you would like to call our office to discuss your warranty we would be happy to address your concerns.

I had a 4 1/2 hour appointment when all I thought I was there for was a cleaning and

to review what needed to be done. I felt like I was an afterthought at times. The work that was done was very professional but rushed towards the end. If the office was that busy everything did not have to be done in one appointment. I would have come back another day but that was not an option. I even took a nap while I waited in the chair. My husband was very pleased with his 1st and 2nd appointment but he knew what was going to happen ahead of time.

Great Lakes Family Dental Group-Warren P.C. replied:

Michelle, thank so much for your review! Our intent is to have each patient fully understand their treatment and how long to expect to be in the chair once treatment begins. Obviously, different procedures require different lengths of chair time and you had quite a bit of treatment done. If you didn't feel 100% clear, we dropped the ball and we want to make it right. It's great that your husband had a good experience and that's what we expect for all of our patients. We sincerely appreciate your business and would love the opportunity to answer any questions you may have.

For the most part the staff members are very friendly, however I would like to speak to someone in charge from time to time. I dislike the fact that there is never anyone available of higher authority for me to speak with. I feel I was overcharged for my braces. There have been several different financial clerks working here within the past 6 months. One clerk told me my braces were X amount, another told me Y amount. There is no consistency, I feel like a number verses a valued customer. All you guys really care about in my opinion is the money. I came here because of the great reviews I saw that this place had. But as I attend this facility every month for my ortho treatment I beg to differ. I saw that the informing email was Dana's email. I just hope this review reaching someone who will actually see it and make a difference in the customer experience here because I don't feel valued or cared for whatsoever. When I can make a payment before I leave for my braces then you guys are so pleasant, when I say I can't pay anything this week then you guys treat me like crap. Granted I pay something $200-250 every time I come so if 1-2 times I can't then take me at my word and understand that I do have these braces on for the next few years you guys will get paid, I'll make sure of it. All in all, not a terrible place, I just feel there should be staff members who genuinely care. Prices should be visible because I definitely feel cheated for my braces. I more than likely wouldn't refer anyone to this establishment.

Qua'Shawna thank you so much for taking the time to share your concerns. It is very unfortunate that we have communicated in a way that you are feeling like just a number and not a valued patient of our practice. At your most recent visit every attempt was made to clear things up and give you direct contacts for any questions you may have, Molly or Dana. It is disappointing that the resolution was unclear or not enough. Your account is not something we would ever discuss through this avenue but we have been quite flexible with your payment plan and insurance including additional services that we added to your payment plan in good faith. We no longer offer payment plans outside of Care Credit or Springstone, we are doing so for you as a courtesy. If you have further questions or concerns please contact Molly (insurance) or Dana (billing/scheduling). As for speaking to the person in charge, our goal is to have all of our staff take control and authority so that our patients don't have only one person to look to for support. Thank you again for your review, please call us directly if you have additional concerns.
