they did so well. i called them, set my appointment and went there the same day. IN less than one hour and some minutes , my car was fixed. They are welcoming and affordable. hope to go there next time.

The service was prompt and on time, my disappointment was that I had to pay for tire disposal even on a tire I had purchased from you only weeks before.

Brady's Service Center, Inc replied:

Gary, When I looked back we had sold you a used tire on 9/28 but did not charge you for a tire disposal then. When you came in this time we charged for the tire disposal. We have to pay a company to properly dispose of tires and charge you exactly what we get charged. For environmental purposes this is how you and I dispose of these items properly & legally. I appreciate the five star rating as we strive to do a great job for every customer and I hope this answered your questions. Thanks Brady

Wow! Brady's came to the car with a flat. Lug nuts were off, but wheel rusted to axle. Tech hammered off wheel from under car, then put on hard rubber spare.

At shop, determined we needed new tires. They ordered the tires, then went to warehouse to get tires since too late in the day to have delivered. Brought back tires, put on car, and we were on our way, with good tires, all in less than 2 1/2 hours!

We bring our cars to you because we trust you and once again we were right to do so. You didn't try to repair something that is not yet an issue because you want to be certain of what is wrong rather than fixing "what ain't broke". And, even though you charged a bit more than the Mazda dealer would have for my oil change and 45,000 mile maintenance, I'm glad I came to you.

Steve, I'm a little confused by your review as we did a major inspection and told you the items that need to be addressed ( 2 belts and one oil leak) worst through least needed and you set up an appointment to get the worst handled. That leaves only the small oil leak to be done when you decide to do it. What did we do wrong? Brady
