overcharged for rebuilding my front drive shaft. could have bought a rebuilt one for about $200 cheaper. got charged twice for drive shaft disassembling when they were the ones that for got to order in the centering ball bearing and put it in the first time......Surprised and pissed off about the bill at the same time.
Troy, we raced to finish the driveshaft when you were in town the first day we fixed the driveshaft as you were short on time and we did not have time to do the center bearing, that is the only reason it was not done the first time. I'm sure that ryan credited some time when you brought it back to finish the repair, and like I told you then we always install the heaviest duty components not the cheapest and that is why this costed more than buying the rebuilt one. They save you money on their assembly line process and possible quality of parts. Brady

Gary, When I looked back we had sold you a used tire on 9/28 but did not charge you for a tire disposal then. When you came in this time we charged for the tire disposal. We have to pay a company to properly dispose of tires and charge you exactly what we get charged. For environmental purposes this is how you and I dispose of these items properly & legally. I appreciate the five star rating as we strive to do a great job for every customer and I hope this answered your questions. Thanks Brady

They discovered many more problems then I expected
Steve, I'm a little confused by your review as we did a major inspection and told you the items that need to be addressed ( 2 belts and one oil leak) worst through least needed and you set up an appointment to get the worst handled. That leaves only the small oil leak to be done when you decide to do it. What did we do wrong? Brady
