I was thrilled that Mark was able to find the same Flexon frame I had just broken (it was almost 10 years old). He ordered it and it came in a few days later. When I went to pick it up, he reinstalled my lenses and I was on my way.
I am very pleased to have my comfortable frames again and I appreciate the professional and timely service.

My first visit to your Optician Office was impressive. Small office, big smiles. Fast service. Eye exam was what I was used to even with the eye drops that interfere with reading vision. I was particularly enthralled with the roll up sun protectors given to me when I left, and yes, it was a sunny day!
The Transitions I ordered will be ready in a week, and I am looking forward to them. It was carefully explained to me that they would not be effective in an auto, but I knew that, having had another pair. Thank you for the pleasant folks who work in the Alexandria office.
