Every so often, even in a good quality car, there are instances of poor construction. The seat braces with webbing on the back of my Honda Pilot front seats are held in the bottom with plastic inserts. When these inserts fail the backing of the bucket seat comes off. When it failed on one of my seats, Keith ordered the plastic inserts and worked on it for an hour, but once the plastic is compromised it wont hold, even with super glue. The only solution offered by Honda is to replace the whole unit, at a cost of more than $350! Keith suggested I come back when I had time and they would try to figure out another solution. ( Who, other than Keith, would even make that suggestion?) When I returned, Keith, along with a talented tech, Jacob, using a drill, some clips, screws, some creativity and a lot of patience came up with a solution that worked! You don't find a job like that on the menu of services and you don't find customer service like that in many places. I couldn't be more impressed with their work or their attitude toward finding solutions to meet their customer's needs.
