Never Again. Been going to this location for years when Bob was there! I was at location 10 minutes prior to open. When the door was opened on the side I was waiting on and saw that the customer I just told I have been waiting for the office to open was being helped before I was. The managers response “she beat you! Ha ha!” On top of that i was told they were call me when the vehicle was done. Left it at 8am for oil change at 11:30 am had to call to see if vehicle was done. “Oh Sorry! I didn’t realize no one hadn’t call you to tell you it was ready. It’s just has been parked out in the sun with the other vehicles. When I get there to pick up the vehicle it took the assistant manager to help me to check out only when I waited about ten minutes and another couple coming in needing service.
My battery would not start my car and Breakmax was a few stores across the street away. It was hot out. I called and they sent a car over right-away with a battery jump starter It was started shortly, I followed their car back to the shop where they checked my battery and it was determined i needed a new one. They put one in promptly while we waited in the waiting room. In short order we were on our way.
