I have been receiving chiropractic care for over 20 years and by far, Dr. Hans Cesarz of Brandenburg has been the best and most effective in getting me pain free. I was suffering from severe sciatic nerve pain that had been radiating from my lower right back. After 3 weeks the pain became bad enough to make me get help.
Dr. Hans' staff members are the most efficient people that I have ever encountered anywhere. The most important thing for me to do before each spinal adjustment is to get my muscles relaxed as much as possible, for a more effective adjustment, and Brandenburg Chiropractic has been the ONLY facility that I have gone to that gives you the best massage therapy to do just that. Other doctors have always left it to me (the patient), to get my muscles relaxed and as a result, the spinal adjustments were not as successful because my muscles were more than likely tightened up and working against it. I have never had this fast of a recovery period until now. Dr. Hans and his staff, by far, receive my highest recommendation to anyone that wants to heal naturally, and without pharmacy drugs.
