Your answering machine system does not allow a collar to get through to someone if they don’t know someone’s name you should always have an operator available to answer the call to direct the call

I wanted to support BRANTLEY because it’s a local business, but I quickly learned it wasn’t up to par. The sales guys were nice enough but seemed to not want to patch into the custom security system my house already has installed because it’s “a lot of work” and they couldn’t patch into my already installed cameras! They used their own equipment instead, which failed multiple times. The sensors failed a few times and the app seemed handy but it rarely worked right and the most frustrating part was that my alarm went went off in middle of night and there was NO CALL. I reported to them that nobody had called twice and they said they never had a report of the alarm blaring at 2am. This happened a 3rd time and I decided to cancel. But if the alarm went on if middle of the day they were right on it. Wasn’t worth the money if you can’t call me in the middle of the night when I need you the most.
