Bethalie, Thank you for the 5 star rating. I wanted to let you know that we are in-network with over 20+ PPO insurances. Typically if the insurance is through an employer or self purchased we take it. The only insurances that we do not take are HMO's, DPO's, State Insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. In an effort to help out patients who do not have insurance or have insurance that we don't take we do give them a 15% off discount but payment is required at the time of service.

My appointment was on time and service was performed as soon as I arrived. The service manager explained a couple of things that I might consider having done in the near future with a cost estimate. No pressure to have them resolved at this point. Will have them performed at my next visit. Comfortable waiting area and friendly staff. Feel this is a trustworthy firm to work with to have service done.
