Dr. McIver and his staff were incredibly accommodating, generous, and compassionate in taking care of my son during wisdom teeth extraction. Right from the initial scheduling to follow up the day after surgery, the staff assured that we were comfortable, educated, and received the finest care possible. Juliette at the front desk was always available for questions and was very efficient in scheduling and communicating with us right up to the day of surgery. Upon arrival, we were greeted by all staff with kindness. They each introduced themselves by name (this is becoming a rare courtesy at many medical offices) and described step by step how the surgery would progress. We even got to watch a short very informative video that ensured that we were fully knowledgeable in our decision to pursue this oral surgery. At no point, were we rushed through the process. My son and our family were made to feel very important and optimal care was top priority.
Dr. Mciver is one of the most compassionate and competent medical professional I have met in a very long time. He personally called to make sure my son was progressing in his recovery. He was patient with all of our questions and calmly reassured us about any fears or reservations. I felt that we were in competent "hands"at all times!
I highly recommend Dr. McIver and his staff with no reservations at all!
