For the first time, I was disappointed in my visit with Dr. Robbins. It was very busy and as a result, my details for my visit were taken in the waiting room in front of the other customers. I was scheduled for 11 but didn't see the doctor until almost 11:45. I was just there for shots but McKenna was given and exam and charged for it. On top of that, I prefer not to have my dog interact with other animals in the waiting room until I'm comfortable with the dog and their owner. Not everyone there had good control of their animals.

We have taken our pets to Dr. Robbins and her staff for years and have never had a bad experience. Now my daughter takes her dog there. Efficient, compassionate, knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!
