The staff at Brighter Dental seems to care more about how much money they are going to make from my dental problems than about my dental problems. Everything about the visit revolves around how much and how the patient is going to pay for it. It makes the visit very stressful and unpleasant.
My hygienist yesterday was very heavy handed and caused me a lot of discomfort. This has not been my experience there before.
It is terrible that dentists move from office to office everyday. When trying to make appts with a dentist I have to drive all over jersey. I think there should be a dentist or two who are primarily in one place. Trying to schedule with dr Ahmed is crazy. I personally know clients who no longer do the driving around and moved their business
I have been a customer of Great Lengths for more than 14 years - Maria is the BEST. They are always welcoming, responsive to when I "want a change" and creative in their approach to looking great! The precautions in place to keep safe health practices are stellar - I have no concerns about my health and have been able to return to my "normal" hair care routine with them to add a bit of sunshine and structure to my routine during this time of incredible transition in our world.
