I'm very sorry to hear about your frustrations. We do our best here to work with insurances to get the most out of our patients benefits to minimize out of pocket expenses for them. Unfortunately when insurances deny any procedures we are left in a tough position as far as cost of services go. Yes it is true some of the staff currently use the DNA appliance but that is because it is something that they have benefited from. If something works, why wouldn't we use it? The sleep test is something we offer to patients as a lower cost options oppose to going to a sleep facility where costs can be double to triple. It is a test that needs to be done in order to diagnose and recommend treatment. Again I want to apologize about your frustrations, but I want to assure you we keep our patients best interest here at Bright Smile and do what we can to help them.
