Tracey is the consummate professional; her first concern is for her patient both in determining what is going on, as well as delivering the best, most up-to-date quality of care possible. Her work with me (myo functioning exercises) to retrain the muscles, etc. in my face, have been life-altering. I always leave feeling better informed and empowered about how I can manage my health issues. For a year and a half, Dr. Glenda Smith & Tracey have patiently worked with me to treat my adult sleep apnea (this has included careful fitting for an oral sleep device, the SUAD). They believe in a total team approach, so for me, this has resulted in referring me to the appropriate E.N.T. specialist (turbinate reduction & R.F. treatments), and now to a very forward-thinking pediatric dentist for a frenectomy. After many years of dealing with O.S.A., I am finally able to rest well while sleeping with peak oxygen saturation. I feel so much better, and I am indebted to Tracey & Dr. Smith for their vision and dedication to this frontier of medicine.
To date, because of their treatment plan, I no longer require Rx for acid reflux, and I am expecting within a few months to no longer require Rx for RLS ..... all because they have pursued this collaboration with the long-term study among Harvard, U.C.L.A. and Stanford on the effects of oxygen deprivation on the human body. I am grateful.
