My visit would have been perfect had my appointment time been honored. I sat over an hour and 30 min to see someone.During my career in health care, I made it my responsibility to keep scheduled appointment times +/- 5 min.On the rare event of an emergency, I or my staff would meet with and offer to reschedule.It is my belief that my clients time is as important as my own. And yes I would reschedule or limit my patients time for tardiness.

For a woman who is scared to death of dentists, my experience at Bristol Dental was wonderful. The assistant was one in a million, and even sang to me. The dentist kept me informed of all possibilities involved in my treatment. I came out with a smile on my face!
