The exam and xray portion was excellent. India was very professional, personable, knowlegeable and courteous. I would have liked to speak with the doctor prior to scheduling appointments for cavities, since I wasn't told I had any until I got to the appointment desk and noone told me what was wrong with my teeth or what work needed to be done following the cleaning and x-rays. Maybe that will be provided next visit? But I think it would be more appropriate to have an "overview" of problem areas found and treatment plan discussed prior to scheduling the first "cavity" filling appointment from a patient's perspective. Otherwise the entire office was very clean, professional and proficient.

We try to schedule adequate time with our new patients to discuss their dental concerns. However different circumstances can arise that limit the time we have with a patient. For example a patient may have an extensive plan that needs to be completed in phases or the patient may not have the time to spend reviewing the full plan due to their time restraints. We hope on your next visit that all your questions are addressed and answered.
