I have mixed experience feelings but this is a first that everything wasn't perfect. The receptionist was very busy on the phones which made check-in/check-out a longer wait for us, but she was super sweet and my dog loved her! The nurse was AMAZING with Roxy as well, she felt very comfortable until the Doctor came in. I don't think we've ever seen him and so she was very scared. I've also never had to close her eyes for an exam which I think also scared her and then my daughter ran out of the room, because she thought Roxy was being hurt. She's extra sensitive with her feet and ears, even with us and clearly is better with women, which we now know. I'm pretty nervous about her grooming now, since it was such a traumatic experience for her. We left on great terms though and again the nurse and receptionist were so so sweet to her. The facility wasn't as clean as it usually is, but still smelt great and has a kids area which is awesome. Not a bad experience, just not perfect as usual.
