The "check-in" machine was very easy to use and very convenient, though I miss the human contact that checking in at the reception desk offers. My doctor's office was friendly and efficient as usual.

It's like home and the doctors and nurses listen to your medical concerns. Many of them have been there a long time and the continuity of medical care is valuable been going there for over 70 years. I can call and discuss with a nurse what questions I have.

Can't put my finger on it. Just not a very welcoming and caring kind of atmosphere. From check in to Billing. The people are OK, just not an overall good experience. I don't get the feeling that they "like" their jobs. Even the Docs.

I am with a new Doctor there, and will be closely assessing my new experiences.

The greeters at the desk were quick, efficient and friendly. I saw the physician's assistant right on time. He gave me the wellness check and that was followed by the doctor's yearly physical. I was down to the ex-ray for my mammogram 10 minutes early and was out of there in 15 minutes. The Lab had me check in with the computer and I was called in within 5 minutes. To have everything done by an hour and a half was the quickest I believe I've ever had a physical, mammogram and blood draw. The doctor and all the staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Very skillful and professional. The only issue was not receiving a proactive apology after waiting 45 minutes for my appointment. It's a little thing that makes all the difference.

Dr. Darby and his assistant were efficient, through and helpful. The doctor asked if I was willing to participate in a Medicare pilot project to improve health outcomes, which was appreciated. I like it when Dr. Darby shares his knowledge of current medical research.

I really like the clinic - everyone is always so very friendly and helpful - I give the clinic 5 stars.

Unfortunately, I find the practice itself to be average. The doctors are nice, and knowledgeable, but without that extra bit of insight that makes a GREAT doctor. As with any profession, listening is not enough - you have to be able to use that knowledge gained by listening to your patients and actually APPLY it to make the patients life better. That is the piece missing with the doctors at this clinic.

They are fine. Good even. I look for GREAT in a doctor.
