I feel like I got ripped off regarding the warranty work. I had no idea the warranty work would be so much. The guys working did more standing around talking than work.

Hello Lenita, Sorry you got that impression. As for the cost, yes, the parts are covered under warranty, however the labor is the homeowners responsibility. We give a 2 year in house labor warranty from date to of installation from us. Your system was installed July 27, 2018, and is now coming up on 4 years old. Please note this for any future repairs to avoid frustration and confusion. Also, to address the workers conduct, we had one apprentice in training on the job, requiring some conversation etc. So I actually only charged for 80% of the total labor, instead of full amount. Thanks for reaching out Lenita.

Eric is very good at what he does and all his employees are good examples of his work ethic and training. I have been blessed to have employed both Eric and his father, Larry, helping me with plumbing issues. Eric installed my new heating & air unit several years and I have had no issues whatsoever with the system. If I have a question or concern I can just give him a call and he addresses my concerns with tips and advice free of charge.
