I was not well informed by the scheduling staff of what information I needed to be prepared to provide. It also would've been helpful to estimate of how much time I should've allotted for the appointment. If I had received an approximate time frame and a rough outline of what to expect, I could have managed my expectations and planned accordingly. My appointment lasted roughly 3.5 hours...

i was very pleased with the examination , and i think that your staff was very gentle and professional..my family thought that it was a little lengthy but i realize that you have to be thorough to get the job done right.

It was over kill for me! I wanted to get a caterac removed in one eye as the report showed I needed. I didn't feel your office addressed what I had been sent there for! You blasted right past my problem to create other very costly issues that had not even been mentioned from the Frisco Eye Clenic? You only seemed focused on the money, not my health!

Your personnel were a pleasure to work with, and all seemed to be well qualified for their positions. It was a pleasure to meet with Dr. Miller and Dr. Brooks. All my questions and concerns were met, and I look forward to working with Brooks Eye Associates over the next few months to have my cataracts removed.

I just have a single constructive criticism: I think that the time I spent waiting for the next associate was excessive. I probably wouldn't have thought too much for just a single associate, especially if it were Dr. Brooks himself. I understand that it is probably very difficult for him to control his time of availability. But there were several long waits that occurred during the time I spent at your place. Maybe my visit occurred on an especially busy afternoon, and it's not always that way. If that's the case, then I understand. If such delays are the normal, then I think you should address them.

I have been seeing Dr. Brooks for about two years and cannot be happier with the care I receive. I recently had cataract surgery. From beginning to end the entire experience was smooth and painless. Every step was explained ahead of time so there were no surprises or questions. Overall I rate Dr. Brooks as one of the best eye care doctors I've ever seen and I always recommend him to family and friends.
