Experience was great but expensive!

Chanelle, Thank-you for being a great customer and we do appreciate doing business with you. Two very good lessons learned here; Do Not Ever have anyone not qualified to work on your vehicle do so and Do Not Ever continue to drive your vehicle for almost a year with your check engine light on. The rear camshaft sensor that was not installed correctly last May caused the vehicles computer to over compensate your fuel ratios which ultimately caused your catalytic converter to plug up and fail. The engine couldn't breathe and caused the lack of power where as your vehicle wouldn't go over 35 mph. Converters are very expensive and regular maintenance is a must. Thanks again and we are happy as you are that your vehicle runs now the way it should.

David, Thank-you for the nice review. I do want to remind you that the price difference was because you added windshield wipers prior to check out after we gave you the original price quote. I do apologize if you were confused, it happens sometimes. As far as having to leave the car overnight, again it was explained to you that the Duo Valve that you needed wouldn't arrive until very late in the afternoon and the car would be ready by noon the following day as it was. Again I apologize for any confusion on that matter.
