Everyone was pleasent enough but it always takes the women behind the desk 5 minutes to acknowledge you are standing there and the Vet administered my dogs shots in the back (not in the room with me) that has never happened before... I didnt like it.
I do apologize for the time it took for you and your pet to be greeted and taken care of by our receptionists. Unfortunately not knowing when your services were given, it is difficult for me to address them specifically but I made sure to discuss this with all the receptionists. In regards to vaccinations not being given in the exam rooms, our normal procedure is to vaccinate with the owners present unless the owner and doctor agree to something different. I have discussed this matter with all the staff. Thank you for the information and concerns.
I very much appreciate the kind staff and personable doctors. I promised my Mom before she died that I would take care of Static, her Corgi and I am thankful to all at the Brown Veterinary Hospital for helping me to keep that promise.
