Everyone was pleasent enough but it always takes the women behind the desk 5 minutes to acknowledge you are standing there and the Vet administered my dogs shots in the back (not in the room with me) that has never happened before... I didnt like it.
I do apologize for the time it took for you and your pet to be greeted and taken care of by our receptionists. Unfortunately not knowing when your services were given, it is difficult for me to address them specifically but I made sure to discuss this with all the receptionists. In regards to vaccinations not being given in the exam rooms, our normal procedure is to vaccinate with the owners present unless the owner and doctor agree to something different. I have discussed this matter with all the staff. Thank you for the information and concerns.

Was extremely happy they could look at my dog without having an appointment. Things always seem to happen on a Friday & was very thankful my dog didn’t have to wait over the weekend to be seen the following week. Impressed with their caring attitudes. Thank you!
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Gross and his staff. They are provide outstanding! affordable Veterinary care and I personally wouldn’t take my pets ANYWHERE else locally. Thank you for always showing and providing the best medical care for our dogs. Both Skye & Coza are “lucky dogs” to be patients of Dr. Gross.
