Everyone was pleasent enough but it always takes the women behind the desk 5 minutes to acknowledge you are standing there and the Vet administered my dogs shots in the back (not in the room with me) that has never happened before... I didnt like it.

I do apologize for the time it took for you and your pet to be greeted and taken care of by our receptionists. Unfortunately not knowing when your services were given, it is difficult for me to address them specifically but I made sure to discuss this with all the receptionists. In regards to vaccinations not being given in the exam rooms, our normal procedure is to vaccinate with the owners present unless the owner and doctor agree to something different. I have discussed this matter with all the staff. Thank you for the information and concerns.

Love these people!!! Offering even open times to get shots for my fur baby shows they value my time ,too!!! Always kind, understanding and helpful. Best care ever by the vets for our dog, appreciated being able to kennel him there short term also. Convenient location and the vet assistances always make a fuss over how sweet the patients are. Reasonable prices and willing to work with you. Always got good advice about where to go if they were full or how to make an apt fit if they are able. Just a terrific vet care place. Been going there almost 20 years.

I was picking up a prescription for one of our dogs. Great customer service. I was in and out in under 5 minutes.

I was a walk-in for vaccinations for my two dogs. I was greeted immediately and had a very short wait before the staff took care of my dogs.

The folks at Brown’s have been caring for my dogs for a number of years. From the receptionists to the vets, everyone there is friendly, helpful, and wonderful with my dogs. The facility is bright and spotless. I can always get an appointment when needed.

Staff is always courteous and friendly. Dr McQueen was right on time for appointment and asked if I would like her to give Tallie her Rabies vaccine which was due soon. Saved me a trip!
